Scouts have a unique opportunity on Sunday, July 31! Attend the EAA “AirVenture” airshow in your scout uniform and get in FREE! Learn more in this message from Paula Treu of the EAA below:
Greetings Scouts,
We have very exciting news for this upcoming AirVenture, the biggest airshow in the world! On Sunday, July 31, any youth (18 or under) Scout (Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts, etc.) who comes to the show in their uniform will be given FREE admission.
We encourage you to register for your ticket prior to July 31 in order to speed up your entry process. The registration process is easy, simply go to http://tix.extremetix.com/webtix/2025 and click on “Sunday Scout Day” at the bottom of the page. You will be asked to complete information and then you will be able to print your ticket. Tickets and parking passes for parents or adult chaperones are also available for purchase on the same site.
Please bring your ticket to any gate on Sunday, July 31, and dress in your Scout uniform to gain free entry. If your Troop or Pack plan on coming as a group, please email ptreu@eaa.org as we would love to offer you an entry into a special prize drawing from the EAA Education Department.
When you arrive on Sunday, July 31, we urge you to visit our Discover Aviation Center tent, located in the middle of the show, to get a scavenger hunt to complete. This scavenger hunt is a wonderful opportunity for you to explore the grounds and win a prize. All the details on the scavenger hunt will be provided at the Discover Aviation Center tent.
Please spread the word to any and all Scouts that you know. We are very excited and hope to see a sea of Scout uniforms visiting AirVenture on Sunday, July 31.
