Upham Woods Overnighter
(General information — click here for UPHAM DETAILS) Can you survive Peanut Butter Mountain?! Pack 155 will be making the trek to Upham Woods in Wisconsin Dells for an overnighter. See the raptor up close, take a voyage on a Viking boat, go on a day or night hike, learn about the night sky and don’t forget to scale Peanut Butter Mountain! You will stay in cabins and all meals are made for you!
Tony and Rhonda Veroeven (608-217-7450) will be your Campmasters for this event. Sign-up now to reserve your spots. Scouts attend for FREE. Parents and siblings are $40 each.
Upham Woods is 310 acres, including the 210-acre Blackhawk Island, with more than 40 different educational and recreational activities situated along 4-1/2 miles of Wisconsin River shoreline.
Paddle the river, explore the trails and sandstone caves… and just have a ton of fun outdoors! Join Pack 155 on this unique adventure. There will be age appropriate programming for all, so parents and siblings of scouts are invited to come along.
Upham Woods is not an official BSA facility, so we must ask you for a separate health form. We cannot use our Pack 155 form. Click here for the Upham Health Form. We recently learned that we also need two other forms filled out — the Assumption of Risk form and their Photo Release form.
SCOUTS ARE FREE! The Pack will pay the Scout’s fee. The cabin, meals, programming, guided hikes, use of all equipment like canoes, and assigned naturalists are included for $38. The more we sign up, the more dedicated naturalist staff we get. What a great deal!
