Pack Meeting (Blue & Gold)
NEW START TIME of 3:30pm!! — The Pack 155 Blue & Gold Banquet Pack Meeting is Sunday, Jan. 11 at 3:30pm (new time to accommodate the Packers-Cowboys playoff game). This year’s banquet is again at the United Church of Christ (UCC) in Windsor. The banquet will be a potluck with everyone bringing a dish to pass (see assignments below).
This is also the place for the annual FATHER-SON CAKE BAKE. Get creative and think of the coolest cake you can imagine, then make it happen! A live auction of the cakes to benefit DANN will follow the banquet… Click the thumbnails below to view, or right-click to download, the Cake Bake Rules and Certificate.
Here is new updated schedule for the banquet:
2:30 pm: Leaders arrive for setup (there will be a TV to watch the end of the Packers-Cowboys game)
3:30 pm: Scouts and parents/siblings arrive and check in cakes
3:30-4:30 pm: Silent Auction for Cakes, scout games, and a brief Pack Meeting
4:30-5 pm: Entertainment (caricatures, comedy, and more!)
5-6 pm: Dinner & continued entertainment (dens will swap between eating and getting den caricatures — individual caricatures as time permits). Cake Auction for DANN

Den 4 & 5: Snacks (cheese/sausage tray, chips, etc)

OTHER NOTES:
- Please bring your own matchbox car for the car racing game
- All proceeds from the cake bake will go to DANN (DeForest Area Needs Network). Last year over $1,000 was donated (amazing!) please bid often and high to see if we can top it, this is a great cause!
- Scouts must bring their Certificate of Workmanship that must be signed by the mother/significant other to verify father and son prepared, baked, and frosted the cake while leaving the kitchen clean and in order (see PDFs below).
- If you are bringing more people than your immediate family (parents, scouts, siblings), please be sure to bring enough of your dish to pass to cover everyone.
