Blue & Gold Banquet 2014

The Annual Blue & Gold Banquet is Sunday, January 19, 2014. This year’s banquet has been moved to the United Church of Christ (UCC) in Windsor. In addition to the banquet, the theme of the meeting is “Lights, Camera, Action”. The banquet will be a potluck with everyone bringing a dish to pass (see below).
This is also the place for the annual FATHER-SON CAKE BAKE. Get creative and think of the coolest cake you can imagine, then make it happen! Here is an initial schedule for the banquet:
1 pm: Leaders begin setup
2 pm: Scouts and parents/siblings arrive to check in cakes and enjoy playing scout games (collect your points and prizes!)
3 pm: Pack Meeting will begin
3:30 pm: Food and entertainment/presentation
4:30 pm: Cake Auction for DANN
FOOD ASSIGNMENTS by den:
Den 1 & 2: Salads/veggie trays
Den 3 & 4: Snacks (cheese/sausage tray, chips, ext)
Den 7 & 8: Desserts
Den Leaders: Main dishes
The Pack: Hot dogs, buns, condiments, white and chocolate milk, juice and paper plates/forks/knives/cups
