• Ladies and Gentlemen — Start Your Engines!
June 7 will be our annual Angell Park Speedway Night at the Races in Sun Prairie. Children 12 & under are free when accompanied by an adult. We are pretty sure the adult also gets in for free when they are accompanied by their Scout in his Class A or B uniform. Here’s your chance to feel the need — the need for speed! You may want to bring safety goggles if you plan to sit close to the track because the mud flies!
We will meet at the track ticket booth off of the CTH “N” parking lot at 6:00pm. Time trials start at 6:30pm. Email Bob Paske by June 4 (or call, 825-3026) if you plan to attend. This will let us know who we should be waiting for at the ticket entrance so we can all sit together.

• 5 – 4 – 3 – 2 – 1 … BLAST OFF! Summer Day Camp Has Arrived!
(Additional Day Camp notes from the Camp Director can be found here.)
Summer Day Camp is scheduled for June 15, 16, 17. Scouts that have registered and will be attending must bring a bag lunch with a drink each day. Also remember rain gear, sun screen, a hat, a backpack and a container for water. These items are not optional, they are mandatory! Expect to have all types of weather.
We will meet each day at 8:00am in the Windsor Elementary School parking lot. We will register our Scouts there and then proceed by caravan to Token Creek Park. You will get your t-shirt for Camp the first day.
There will be a trading post, so send along a little money if you think your son might want to purchase something.
Pick up time is 3:00pm. You should come over to the ceremony area to pick up your Scout. If you are dropping off and/or picking up your Scout, be on time! Leaders can’t leave for Token Creek Park until all Scouts are checked in and Leaders can’t leave the Camp Site until your Scout is picked up at Token Creek Park. You must check you Scout in AND OUT! No Scout leaves until you talk to Jen Geerdts the Pack 155 Camp Coordinator!
On June 15 you need to bring your checkbook so you can pay for camp. We will then return your original check. The cost is $37.00 and we take off an extra $10.00 for each day you attend ($30.00 if you attend all 3 days).
If your Scout is signed up, but can’t make it, we must know — please email Jen Geerdts (or call her cell, 213-8705). If you cannot reach Jen, try Keith Kerl at 843-0536.
