Popcorn Timeline: Final Days

Key information about the popcorn sale’s final days…
I hope your popcorn selling is going great! We only have a short time left to sell, so keep selling and begin reviewing prize options (see prize summary button) with your scout. Below is information regarding how we will finish up the popcorn sale (general sale info here).
What’s required when you turn in unsold popcorn?
All unsold popcorn must be returned to Jeff K and a check for the total amount sold made payable to “Pack 155”. Please triple check all your order forms to be sure the accurate dollar and unit amounts are represented. The first order form should contain the prize number(s) on the Prize Line. If you have sold popcorn that is yet to be delivered, we recommend making a copy of your order forms for any undelivered popcorn.
If your scout sold more than $1,500 you may also fill out the “Camp Masters High Achiever Prize Form” and select a SINGLE prize (see High Achiever button below) that is in addition to the standard prizes.
Parents are responsible for providing the scouts prize selection(s). Please make sure you select a prize from the standard Cub Scout prize sheet which has a 14 prize levels up to $3,500 (it may be confusing because there are versions of the prize forms — one for cub scouts and one for boy scouts). The correct prize form (along with the high-achiever form) is available below.
PLEASE NOTE: Like buying from a store, scouts may select one or more prizes from the standard prize form — just be sure your total prize selections do not exceed your total sales. The “high achiever” prize form is only for scouts who sold more than $1,500 and you can select ONLY ONE high achiever prize — your selection from the high achiever form is in addition to the standard prizes.
IMPORTANT DATES:
- Fri. 10/17 — Final Show-n-Sell restock — get any popcorn you still need and first opportunity to return any unsold popcorn.
- Mon. 10/20 — Oct Pack Meeting — second opportunity to return your unsold popcorn, payment, and order/prize forms.
- Sat. 10/25 — SALE ENDS, last day of selling for both Show-n-Sell and Take Order.
- Sat. 10/25 — Final unsold popcorn turn in. Everything must be turned into Jeff K.
- Sat. 10/25 — Take Order sales restock — final opportunity!
I am also looking for a few volunteers Monday night to help me transfer popcorn from the Pack Meeting to my house. Thank you!
