**Blue & Gold UPDATE**

As considered earlier in the week, the Blue & Gold Banquet has been officially moved to SATURDAY, January 22. The time and place will be the same, 2:30 pm (with setup at 1:00) at Bethlehem Lutheran Church at 300 Broadway Dr, Sun Prairie, just down from the Wisconsin Cheeseman.
The proceeds from the Cake Auction will be donated to the DeForest Area Needs Network. Please encourage your son to auction off his cake to benefit this excellent cause. In addition to cash or checks to the Pack, we’ll also accept checks for auctioned cakes made payable to DANN so it can be claimed on your taxes.
If you are unable to attend, but your son would still like to enter his cake into the Cake Bake contest, please let Jay Waldschmidt or your den leader know. More info about the Cake Bake, guidelines and downloads are available here.

Ultimately, the needs of many outweighed the needs of a few. The response was overwhelmingly in favor of moving the Banquet to Saturday…
