The following note is from 2009 Popcorn Kernel Dawn Maier:

There is still one more prize to award to certain scouts for popcorn sales… DUNK A LEADER!!!! After the May Pack Meeting Monday, May 17, we will be trekking next door to the Dobson’s for our dunk a leader prize. This prize is awarded to any scout who sold $600 or more in popcorn this past fall. Each scout will earn a chance to dunk a leader for every $600 they sold. 1 leader for $600, 2 leaders for $1,200. The following is a list of scouts who have earned this prize and how many leaders they can choose:

We had a couple of scouts leave scouting since earning this prize. I have put any scout who sold popcorn but did not reach the $600 into a hat and gave them the prize. The lucky winners are!

These are the scout leaders who your scout can choose from. Please email me by Monday, May 10, so I can let the leaders know who is in for some dunking! If your scout has earned a prize, but is not able to attend the meeting, please let me know so I can choose a scout to stand in for him!

Any Boy Scout who has won the Dunk a Leader prize should be at the school by 7:30pm on Monday, May 17. All Cub Scouts should be at the Pack Meeting at our regular 6:30 time.
