For those Scouts going to Resident Camp at EBSR, here is a meeting the parents should attend. Below is the letter from Camp Director Judy Bunge:

Dear Pack Leader,

In order to help you get ready for camp, we will be holding our parent/leaders’ pre-camp meeting on Tuesday evening, June 2, 2009, at 7:00 pm. We plan to have several camp staff members in attendance to present information about what to expect in camp and to answer your questions.

The meeting will be held at St. Stephen’s Lutheran Church, 5700 Pheasant Hill Rd., Monona, WI. From Monona Dr., go west on Nichols Rd. (at that intersection and stoplight Pflaum Rd. goes east, Nichols Rd. goes west), take your first left on to Pheasant Hill Rd., and go up the hill. St. Stephen’s is on the left side of the street at the top of the hill. Please enter by the front door of the building.
