Written by Pack155 on February 12, 2009
The next Pack Meeting on FEB 21 is our annual Pack 155 Pinewood Derby! Rules sheets were handed out at our December Pack Meeting. You also should have received information about what Scouts needs to bring for contributions to the Food Stand. Each Den was assigned food items, if you are not sure what to bring, contact your Den Leader first or contact Deni Dobson.
• LOCATION of the Derby is gym at the Holum Center in DeForest
• FINE TUNING is allowed on-site prior to registration. Scales and limited tools will be on-hand for making sure your son’s car is as close to (but not more than) 5 oz. The post office has scales you may be able to use to weigh your son’s car if you do not have a postal scale. You are also welcome to come to the pre-Derby setup Thursday, 2/19, from 5:00-6:00 pm.
Scales will be available the morning of the Derby as well, but be aware they will be in high demand.

• DEN HEAT RACES begin at 9:00 am with Den heat races (cars must be registered between 8:00-9:00 am to be eligible).
