Windsor Pack 155

We’re looking forward to hopefully another record year in popcorn sales! Just like last year, the popcorn will be sold with the “Show & Deliver” option. This means that you will have popcorn with you when you sell, so you will be able to deliver the popcorn on the spot — no more making the sale only to have to return later to drop off the popcorn.


Scouts will pickup the popcorn they think they will be able to sell, taking popcorn in full cases only. We will keep track of the popcorn a scout takes from inventory, so make sure scouts do not “trade” boxes, tins, or cases with another scout — that will help ensure easy reconciliation at the end of the sale.

Please keep close tabs on your popcorn. Any popcorn not returned will need to be paid for. If you need to switch popcorn that can only be done with Dawn or Kathy. Please call to arrange.

Your unsold popcorn and completed order forms are due by Oct. 16, 2008, by 9:00 pm. Please make ONE CHECK payable to Pack 155. Your customers should make checks payable to you, so you can turn in one check to the Pack. Check will be due at the October 20 Pack Meeting.

IMPORTANT DATES:

Saturday, Sept. 27, 2008 — Popcorn Sale begins.

Saturday, Oct. 11, 2008 — Walmart sales date, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. (must signup in advance)

Friday, Oct. 17, 2008 — Popcorn Sale ends.

Saturday, Oct. 18, 2008 — Drop off any unsold popcorn and order forms at Dawn’s home from 2-5 pm.

Monday, Oct. 20, 2008 — Take-order popcorn will be distributed at this Pack Meeting.

Friday, Nov. 14, 2008 — Any additional take-order popcorn can be picked up from 5:00 – 8:00 pm at Dawn’s house.
