Youth Service Day is a National Volunteer Day when students, groups and families volunteer to do service projects throughout their communities to help make a difference.

9:00 am- 9:30 am

  • Welcome and project assignments
  • Refreshments- donuts, juice, coffee, and hot chocolate (Bank of Sun Prairie and Beans N Cream)

9:30 am – 11:30 am

  • Spread mulch and prairie seed
  • Clear invasive species and haul brush
  • Plant a few trees

11:30 am – 12:00 pm

  • Lunch provided – hotdogs, chips, cookies, soda, and water (Madison East Kawanis)
  • Fun Activity – rock painting
