DAY CAMP SCHEDULE:
Day Camp at any of the Regional Camp locations consists of many program areas to include Sports, Scout Skills, Obstacle Courses, and many more. Each Den will rotate through the stations over the course of a day and have the opportunity to participate in a unique lunch time program over the course of their stay at camp. The check-in process runs from 8:00 am to 8:30 am and the day wraps up between 3:30 pm to 4:00pm.   Daily attendance is taken.  If your son can’t attend any day, please contact Liz as soon as possible.  Scouts need to be checked in and out every day.  Please let Liz know if you need to pick up your son early.

All participants must provide a BSA Health Form to their pack for submission to Day Camp as a group.

WHAT TO BRING:
Please review this list of required items that your Scout must bring to Summer Day Camp. MEALS
Lunch on the last day will be provided “picnic style” by the camp. Participants provide their own lunch on the other days. If you have special dietary needs, please contact glaciersedgecamps@scouting.org. If the lunch needs to be kept cool, please include an ice pack in the bag just like at school.
— Official Camp T-shirt to be worn every day (will be issued Monday morning)
— Water Bottle
— Hat
— Rain Gear (raingear is necessary because you never know what the weather is going to be like on any given day. We go, rain or shine!)
— Backpack: Scouts will be getting items to bring home at many activity stations so a backpack is very important!
— Sunscreen (please apply before you come to day camp) A Scout leader needs written permission to apply lotion to a non-related scout.
— Medication Form and Medication (if necessary)
— Wear shoes (closed toed!) to run around in and most likely get wet from the rain.

ADDITIONAL RECOMMENDED GEAR:
Pocket Snacks
Insect Repellent*

*If you feel your scout needs insect repellent please put it on him before you leave him at camp or if you want to send some with him please only send non-aerosol (the rub on kind or pump spray) -– a top reason for visiting first aid in past years has been bug spray from an aerosol can in the eyes.

REGISTRATION
Parents will register their own scouts online using the pack passcode they received from Liz Sebero (please contact her if you have not received one).

The pack is offering camp rebates to scouts that sold popcorn. All registrations and rebate forms must be completed and turned into the camp coordinator by the April pack meeting. After this date, all rebates will be forfeited and participants must register with the council on their own, subject to late fees (they may still join the pack at the camp).
