This year’s Blue and Gold banquet is being held on February 19th at the Leeds Town Center.

This is also the place for the annual FATHER-SON CAKE BAKE. Get creative and think of the coolest cake you can imagine, then make it happen! 1.  Agenda:

1:00pm       Den Leaders arrive for set-up.

2:00pm       Scouts, parents and guests arrive – Games

2:30pm       Cake bake silent auction, brief Pack meeting

3:30pm        Entertainment – Cardio Drumming

    4 pm-5pm   Dinner

2. We have a revised set of dishes to pass:

Den 6 & Fighting Badger     Salads/Veggies/Fruit, etc

Den 1 & 5                            Snacks (cheese/sausage trays, chips, etc)

Den 7                                   Veggies/Fruit

Den leaders please bring a main dish.

3. Important tid-bits:

*Please bring your own matchbox car for the car racing game

*All proceeds from the cake bake will go to DANN (Deforest Area Needs Network) on behalf of the Pack.  Last year we donated over $1000 so please make sure you bid often and high, this is for a great cause.

*Please see attached forms that have the rules for the cake bake contest

*We are having the cake bake contest first and you may donate your cake for the desserts for the dinner.

*Certificate of workmanship that must be signed by the mother/significant other in order to compete in the contest.

*If you are bringing more people than your parents, scouts and siblings, please make sure you bring enough of your dish to pass to cover everyone
